The Oceana resort Suncliff indoor pool, sauna and mini Gym will be closed for refurbishment between 8 April 2018 and 3 May 2018. During this time, guests have free use of the indoor pool at The Oceana's sister property Best Western Hotel Royale - OCEANA COLLECTION nearby on the East Cliff. If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount. Please note that on site parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking on the seafront is available and charges apply. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note when booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For non-refundable bookings, the card holder must be present at check-in. The property may take a prepayment, but mainly for weekend bookings. Bookings for the weekdays will most likely not be charged in advance. Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 15 per night. A refundable damage deposit of GBP 50 is also required. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats cannot be accommodated at this property.
