The apartment is located in a residential area and is unsuitable for parties or stag/hen nights. The full damage deposit will be forfeited if the property receive complaints from residents regarding significant noise after 21:00 or complaints from the management companies regarding unsociable behaviour. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. A GBP 75 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit for smoking in the apartment.
