Please note, for weekends, bank holidays and other holidays, a refundable security deposit of GBP 250 is payable by credit card upon arrival and will be refunded once the apartment has been checked after departure. For all advance purchase reservations, a non-refundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone under the age of 21. Please inform The Spires Aberdeen in advance of your expected arrival time.
