NCP Carparks and Marischal Apartments are completely separate entities therefore the property cannot accept payment on their behalf, instead guests must pay at the NCP carpark when leaving. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
