Kindly note that visitors can stay only in the reception or restaurant. Visitors who will enter the hotel premises or room or will use the facilities (pool access) will be charge AED 100/-net per person as entrance fee only. Please note that all amenities inside the room should be used only inside the room. Any amenities missing from the room upon check-out would be for an extra charge. Pool Towels will be available at the lifeguard post. Kindly note our standard check-in time is 1500 hrs and rooms should be vacated by 1200 hrs on the departure day. To ensure rooms and suites are available for 'early arrivals' they must be reserved and paid for the night prior. In case of an early departure the hotel would have the right to charge a minimum one night as cancellation charge and the total charge would depend on the duration of stay being cancelled. Please note that as per Government Requirements all the family guests staying in the hotel have to present personal identification upon check in (Passport / local driving license/ Identity card). This is applicable for guest visiting as well. For security purposes, we will keep at least 1 ID in each room otherwise you may provide deposit amount. Please note that as per the Government Regulations loud music is not allowed in the hotel.
