Великолепное место расположения - напротив аэропорта. Хорошие условия и питание.

Было заявлено, что в отеле есть туроператор, но на самом деле там всего лишь лежит несколько брошюрок, которые нужно читать самому. Один из работников сказал мне, что в отеле есть туристический автобус, а другой позже сказал, что ничего такого у них нет. Вот такая вот непоследовательность в ответах и информации. Хотя я своими глазами видел этот автобус в городе. Похожий случай произошел, когда мы бронировали такси. Сотрудник ресепшена собирался вызывать мне такси, а швейцар начал кричать, что возле дверей стоит машина и можно ехать на ней. Оказалось, что это такси вызвал кто-то другой из гостей и, естественно, водитель повезет того, на чье имя был заказ. В итоге, я потерял время и выглядел глупо. Хотя швейцар все же был уверен, что он прав!

Я остановилась в этом отеле, вместе со своим мужем, на 6 ночей, т.к. рядом был расположен наш университет. Данное место хорошо подходит тем людям, кто любит экономить транспортные расходы и время.

Кровать и подушки.

Работники.

Очень хороший отель, удобные кровати, чистые и довольно просторные номера. А вот работники меня разочаровали. Я приехал поздно ночью, и мне дали номер для курящих. Когда я позвонил и пожаловался, мне сказали, что других номеров нет. Пришлось идти к портье и устраивать скандал – только после этого мне все же дали номер для некурящих. Такого быть не должно – это ненормально, когда клиенту приходится идти вниз и устраивать разборки, чтобы что-то получить. Простой просьбы должно быть достаточно.
