Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Они откликались на наши просьбы в любое время суток, нас даже переселили в другой номер без доплаты. Помощник администратора на ресепшн, очень милая женщина, хорошо знает свою работу и во многом нам помогла. Хороший просторный номер, а главное уютно.

Отель оставил после себя ужасное впечатление - чрезвычайно старый, обшарпанный и запущенный. Узкие, неудобные кровати, нет свободных розеток, после душа пол в ванной залит водой. В номерах нет даже кофеварки и не указано направление Квиблы.
