Номер очень уютный, бассейн превосходен, и еда вкусная

Завтрак представлен в виде шведского стола, но нет перечня предлагаемых блюд, а официанты не говорят по-английски. Это проблема для таких как я, я не ем говядину, это не сложная проблема и ее можно решить без проблем.

В этом отеле вам предоставят низкий уровень обслуживания.

Мы забронировали два номера для некурящих, но поселили нас почему-то в апартаменты с пепельницами. После приезда в отеле мы вынуждены были прождать еще час или полтора, прежде чем попали в номер, так как к моменту нашего приезда в них еще не убирали. В ванной комнате не хватало полотенец по стандартам 4-звездочной гостиницы. На троих человек нам выделили всего два полотенца. На следующий день горничные их забыли поменять. Входные двери закрывались и открывались плохо. В последний день мы так и не смогли нормально закрыть один из номеров.
