Please note that the property requires passport copies for each guest to be sent by 11pm the night before arrival as mandated by the security team managing the Palm Jumeirah. Failure to send the passport copies prior to arrival might lead to cancelling the reservation due to the inability to check the guests in. Please note that the holder of the credit card used in the booking needs to be present during check in along with the credit card used for verification. The property will not accept third party credit card payments. The villas are designated only for residence. Unauthorized parties and gatherings are not allowed per the community rules. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
