Хотя отель и расположен не далеко от торгового центра dubai mall место все равно какое-то мрачное и уединенное, можно почувствовать себя в безопасности. Но сам отель не очень приветливый. Несмотря на то, что в ванной стояла абсолютно новая сантехника уже были поломки, кнопки в телефоне западали, кондиционер не работал и шум вентиляции очень раздражал.

Искренний интерес и помощь персонала. По ошибке с меня сняли двойную плату (я платила по кредитке и в программе произошел сбой). Сотрудники поддерживали со мной связь и написали подтверждающие письма в банк, чтобы вернуть на счет "лишнюю" сумму.

В интернете расположение выглядит намного интереснее, чем в реальности. Стандартные номера небольшие, а бассейн откровенно маленький. При заезде на одной из подушек были грязные пятна. По моей просьбе ее тут же заменили. Я забронировала два номера - с одной двуспальной кроватью и двумя односпальными. При заезде меня промурыжили на ресепшен лишний час из-за того, что номера с раздельными кроватями якобы не было в наличии. В конце концов, разумеется, он все же нашелся.

Мне досталось довольно крохотное помещение. Это один из самых маленьких отелей, в котором я останаливался за пределами Японии. Я совершенно нелепо потратил свои деньги. Мне пришлось делить свой туалет и душ с другими посетителями. Я не видел такого ниразу, за все время своиз 20 летних путешествий. Даже в странах "третьего мира" такого не было и они были оснащены отдельными туалетами и ванными. Отель расположен не в лучшем месте. В моем номере редко убирались, полотенца не менялись. Ключи от номеря крепятся к массивныым, металлическим биркам и их довольно тяжело убрать в карман, либо сумку. Приходилось носить на шее. В общем, у меня складывалось ощущение, что я отдыхал в ковчеге.
