1. В отеле тихо, персонал дружелюбный. 2. Менеджер быстро решил мою проблему с интернетом.3. Номера чистые.

1. Два раза просил одеяла, но мне принесли их только через 30 минут. 2. Иногда на ресепшене никто не отвечал по телефону. 3. Такси никогда не приезжало вовремя, даже когда ехал в аэропорт, то прождал 25 минут, хотя и заказал машину за несколько часов.
