Номера были чистыми, а любые проблемы с ними решали мгновенно.

Персонал был очень грубым и недружелюбным. Когда мы появились в холле, никто не вышел нам на встречу, а ведь мы - это три хрупкие девушки с тяжелыми багажами. Приветствуя постояльцев, персонал никогда не улыбается. Когда мы задавали какие-либо вопросы, они всячески пытались уйти от ответа, направляя нас к кому-нибудь другому. Во время нашего выселения на рецепции работала женщина с угрюмым лицом. Попрощавшись, мы так и не услышали в ответ хоть какой-нибудь благодарности, пожеланий и даже не увидели маломальской улыбки на ее лице. Я полагаю, что все это из-за того, что работники никак не мотивированы. В следующий раз я не остановлюсь в Лондонской Короне и не рекомендую этого делать никому из вас.
