A passport copy is required for each guest before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if guests' check-in / out timing is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100. Complimentary (once a week) housekeeping that includes cleaning, bed linen and towel change. Any more housekeeping services required will be available at an added charge. A damage deposit of AED 1500 is required on arrival. That is about 544.49USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This apartment offers free beach access to guests PROVIDED THEY EAT at the seafood restaurant IBN AL BAHAR downstairs. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
