This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. Passport copies are required for each guest at least 24 hours prior to arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 8:00pm & 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100 Complimentary (Once a week) housekeeping services include cleaning, bed linen and towel change. Guests requiring more frequent housekeeping services are required to pay an additional charge. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
