Очень удобное расположение – как раз возле супермаркета. Больше здесь мне ничего не понравилось. Да и вообще они думают лишь о том, как вытянуть с клиентов деньги, а не как предоставить им достойный уровень сервиса. Надо бы им поучиться у других отелей, как правильно обходиться с постояльцами.

В номерах нет ничего, что можно увидеть в номерах других отелей, например в Европе, США, Азии или где-то еще. В номерах даже нет холодильников и чайников! Полотенце только большое, банное. Ужасный шампунь, нет кондиционера. Цена за все это явно завышена. К сожалению, здесь думают только о своей наживе, а не о хорошем сервисе, который они должны предоставлять своим клиентам.

Плохое обслуживание, недоброжелательный персонал, единственный плюс – очень близко к Дейра Сити Центр.

Плохое соотношение цены и качества, плохой сервис, нет холодильника. Реально ужасный отель.
