Персонал был не особо вежливым и каким-то угрюмым. Один из сотрудников на ресепшене постоянно хамил постояльцам и вел себя вызывающе. Мне несколько раз была нужна их помощь, но они мне ни разу не помогли, а только спорили. Мы бронировали многокомнатный номер для 4 взрослых и двух детей, но нас поселили в апартаменты с четырьмя маленькими кроватями, на которых невозможно спать вдвоем. Когда мы попросили принести еще две кровати для наших детей, то с нас взяли еще 100 dirharms, хотя по большому счету мы за них уже заплатили.

Рядом с аэропортом. Мы жили в клубном номере, и нам предоставляли 3 часа на канапе и напитки с 6 до 9 вечера, сыры с 9 до полуночи и напитки на все время. Стоимость клубного номера подразумевает также бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. В тренажерном зале все время идет ремонт, но бассейн и СПА работают. Мы жили с 30 по 31 декабря - будьте внимательны, в это время в отеле берется доплата в размере 600 дирхам за "праздничный период". Мы оплатили всю сумму перед заездом и когда мы приехали, нам хотели доначислить еще 1200 дирхам!!
