This property is a registered holiday home apartment; it is also a serviced apartment but not a standalone hotel. All guests are required to provide photo identifications or passport copies at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate check-ins. Please note that parties/ gatherings, smoking inside the apartments & pets are not allowed on any unit as per community management rules. All units are provided to our valuable guests in a neat and serviced order, any additional housekeeping services during guest stays can be arranged upon client’s request at an additional cost. The community strictly prohibits any laundry being placed on the apartment balconies and storing of garbage bags outside the apartment doors. Please note that all late check-ins after 9:00 PM (UAE time) are subject to an additional charge of 200 AED. Community shared swimming pool & gym is only available from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM All last minute reservations are subject to 3 hours notice during working hours (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM) Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
