If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your passport copies on the Wednesday before you arrive to ensure a smooth entrance process. For your security and to protect against credit card fraud, the property requires a credit card authorization letter to be signed before arrival. Guests are also required to show a photo identification and the credit card the booking was made with upon check-in. A damage deposit of AED 3000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
