This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort. According to Al Nakheel rules and regulations, this property accepts families only and has the right to refuse group of friends and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events. The property has a maximum capacity of 7 persons and requires passport copies for each guest including visitors at least 72 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the Al Nakheel community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your passport copies on the Wednesday before you arrive to ensure a smooth entrance process. For your security and to protect against credit card fraud the property requires a credit card authorization letter to be signed before arrival. Guests are also required to show a photo identification and the credit card the booking was made with upon check-in. If you wish to have visitors during your stay, you must inform us of the names of all these additional guests prior to your arrival so that access can be applied with Nakheel community management. A damage deposit of AED 3000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
