The property has a maximum capacity of 14 persons including visitors. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received." . A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
