September 28 2013Мне понравилось расположение гостиницы, чистота в номере, доброжелательный персонал и профессиональное обслуживание.
В некоторых номерах насадки для душа были сломаны, но это, я считаю, мелочи.
В этом отеле меня встретили тепло и радушно. Весь персонал услужливый и внимательный. Я останавливался в этом месте много раз и меня здесь уже все знают. Мне очень нравится расположение гостиницы. В ее окрестностях находится множество хороших ресторанов и кафе. Для постоянных гостей действую хорошие скидки. Буду приезжать сюда и впредь.

September 20 2013В Дубае я провел пять потрясающих дней. Единственное, что меня разочаровало в этом отеле, так это завтраки – элементарные хлопья стоили 8 долларов, и это при том, что в большинстве местных отелей завтраки вообще бесплатные. По городу я передвигался в основном на метро, а отель расположен всего в одной остановке от Burjuman, где пересекаются красная и зеленая линия. И чтобы попасть в Рас-Аль нужно проехать всего одну остановку, и уже оттуда можно дойти пешком до Голд-Сук. Персонал в отеле участливый, они даже в шесть часов утра организовали для меня трансфер до аэропорта, и в аэропорту я был вовремя.

March 05 2012Превосходное расположение. Приемлемые цены за номера. Услужливый и дружелюбный персонал. Чисто. И несмотря на текст снизу, я провел в Дубаи замечательные каникулы!
За такси из аэропорта в отель я заплатил 320 дирзам, и только тогда, когда я выселялся, я узнал, что в это время там как раз был бесплатный челночный автобус. Было бы лучше, если бы эту информацию они сообщали еще во время бронирования. Также мне показалось, что цены на еду в отеле были несколько высоковаты. А еще они потеряли данные о моей кредитной карточке, поэтому моя бронь была отменена. Когда я за границей, то я никогда не проверяю почту, поэтому это письмо я не прочитал. Обо всем случившемся я узнал только тогда, когда позвонил, чтобы уточнить их адрес. Они попросили выслать реквизиты по e:mail, но мне эта идея показалась небезопасной. За проживание я заплатил накануне отъезда – вечеров в 11 часов. Но они сказали, чтобы я еще заплатил за трансфер, за который я и так уже заплатил. После некоторых препинаний они все-таки признали свою ошибку. Именно вот такие случаи и портят их репутацию!

September 10 2007Есть отличный индийский ресторан, я бы даже сказал, один из самых лучших, что я когда-либо посещал.
Вечером из холла доносится шум, который создают постояльцы, возвращающиеся в номера. Для меня это не было критичным.
