Please note the below rules and regulations: - Party and loud music is strictly not allowed inside and outside the villa. - Need to follow the rules and regulations of Palm Jumeirah Authority. - Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the villa - Maximum number of car to be park is 4. - Submitting clear passport copy of the entire guest 24 hours before the check in time is mandatory. - Only maximum of 10 persons are allowed to stay in the villa. - Check in time: 3:00 PM Check out time: 12:00 PM. - All garbage should be throw at the garbage bin outside before the time of check-out. Avoid keeping garbage for more than one day. A damage deposit of AED 2500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Adorn Holiday Homes - Frond F Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
