Все цены в этом отеле слишком завышены. Например, бокал пива стоит 10 футов. Если вы захотите заказать себе в номер бутерброд, то это вам обойдется уже в 20 футов. Я не против заплатить такие деньги, но в таком случае, обслуживание должно быть безупречным. Водные горки и бассейн закрываются в шесть часов вечера. В отель не разрешается вносить собственные напитки и закуски. Здесь можно провести пару дней. В ОАЭ есть много других отличных гостиниц.

Невероятная роскошь и тщательно проработанный дизайн этого отеля поражают. Я останавливался в люксе "Залив" - это 110 квадратных метров чистой роскоши, балкон и полноценный вид на море. Очень приветливые и учтивые сотрудники. Работники отеля узнали, что мы празднуем годовщину нашей свадьбы, и приготовили нам приятный сюрприз: когда мы вернулись с обеда, то обнаружили в номере плакат с поздравлениями, букет красных роз и бутылку шампанского. Это был незабываемый праздник, память о котором мы сохраним на долгие годы.

У телевизионного пульта был не очень дружественный интерфейс. Было бы здорово иметь кофеварку, чтобы выпивать иногда кофе. Хотя на этот случай в каждом крыле (секции) есть дежурный сотрудник.

1.Прежде всего, этот отель был одним из списка для VIP доступа и других преимуществ, и я был удивлен, что во время регистрации, они сообщили , что это не так, и когда я показал им онлайн заказ, они сказали мне, что на самом деле впервые слышат об этом . 2.Еда и горячие напитки не были на уровне даже 4-звездочного отеля 3.Я попросил дополнительные кровати, они сказали, что это стоило 600 ОАЭ ,и с обслуживанием стоит 700 . 4.SPA отличное, я заказал пакет на общую сумму 1 600 ОАЭ , а заплатил 1900 ОАЭ. Они сказали, что плата за обслуживание. Вот странно. 5.Уборщица вошла в комнату в то время, как было написано: не беспокоить.
