Guests are offered 20% discount to visit Oceanarium and Dolphinarium, as well as swim and dive with dolphins. Please note that an additional refundable deposit (200 USD per room) is required at check-in and will be returned upon departure. Guests are kindly asked to present a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest, who made the booking, must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that in Standard Twin Room with a Pool View with Dolphins and Standard Double Room with a Pool View with Dolphins room categories the curtains have to be closed and the light has to be switched off during the show every Saturday from 21:30 until 22:30. A damage deposit of UAH 5600 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
