Номер очень понравился - оформлен красиво. Вид из окна приятный. Кондиционер в жару очень порадовал. Персонал отеля профессионален и приветлив. Обслуживание в ресторане тоже на высоте (как и всегда). Завтраки вкусные, ассортимент широкий. И аквапарком я пользуюсь, а он в двух шагах. Для меня это удобно. Спасибо!

Хотелось бы зеркало в полный рост:)). И вытяжка (или вентиляция) в ванной комнате не работала. Не очень меня это беспокоило, но....

Останавливаюсь 4-й раз. Очень довольна. Замечательные завтраки. Очень вкусно и разнообразно. Удобное время для завтрака. Радует доброжелательное отношение к гостям.

Душевая кабина течёт, как, впрочем, и везде в мире.

Очень уютный номер (люкс). У меня сразу появилось ощущение домашнего комфорта. Хороший персонал, все на уровне.

Пожалуй, кроме расположения (чуть далековато от центра, но, с другой стороны, проблем с транспортом нет), других серьезных минусов нет.

Мой номер был тихим, и персонал отвечал на все мои вопросы. Недалеко до аэропорта, поэтому туда дешево добираться.

Цена завышена. Оформление и обстановка вызывающие и безвкусные. Кроме того, далеко от центра Львова.

Очень понравился отель: интерьер, обслуживание, кухня - всё на высшем уровне. Приехали в 5 утра, без проблем встретили и сразу же разместили (предварительно созвонилась). Кормят ну очччень вкусно и разнообразно.

Удалено от центра, но ходит трамвай №3 - 15 мин за 1,5 гривны (6 руб) и Вы в самом центре.

Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Всё необходимое в номере есть. Персонал приветлив.

Нестабильный WiFi. Звукопроницаемость (ночью слышен шум из коридора). Вид из окна во двор.

Хорошая цена за то, что они предлагают! Я очень хотел бы порекомендовать этот отель.

Иногда возникали проблемы с электричеством, но через 5 минут они решили проблему. Завтрак хороший. Только на первое января ... он был слишком соленый и не вкусный (я думаю, что раньше у нас был другой повар)
