Отличное расположение - прямо в центре Киева, вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. В нашем номере не работал фен, мы позвонили, чтобы об этом сказать, и нам сразу же принесли другой. Мы наслаждались зеркалами в спальне и джакузи!

Мебель изношена. Номера выиграют, если её обновить. В номере очень пыльно и стоял неприятный запах. Место нуждается в хорошей уборке и ремонте. Нет Wi-Fi ((
