Not bad
June 10 2013Большие и удобные спальня и ванные комнаты. Мыло и шампунь L'Occitane. Качественные полотенца – большие и мягкие. Бесплатная питьевая вода и одна бутылка красного вина – нам принесли прямо в номер. Хороший конференц-центр и хорошее обслуживание.
Завтрак неплохой, но в других высококлассных киевских отелях, он и вкуснее, и разнообразнее. Лично мне не понравилась атмосфера в парилках и саунах – там у женщин своя территория, у мужчин – своя. Да еще и дорого. Поэтому я туда не ходил.

August 29 2012Никакого класса в обслуживании, свойственного отелям Hyatt. От момента регистрации до самого выселения качество услуг только ухудшалось. На второй день в номере пахло сточными водами, что было крайне неприятно.

June 01 2012Отличные удобства отеля, первоклассное обслуживание, но этот отель дороговат даже по западным стандартам. Прекрасное СПА, гигантский бассейн, замечательный номер. Ресторан отеля хорош, но опять же если только не обращать внимания на цену.

April 01 2012Замечательные услуги, великолепный бассейн и русская баня, невероятно чистый и ухоженный отель. Довольно дорого – но это Киев! Азиатский ресторан, к сожалению, почти не отличается от среднего ресторана в Великобритании. Отличный завтрак с богатым выбором.
