Отель новый, очень опрятный с комфортабельными номерами, просторными ванными комнатами, безупречно чистыми, все устройства работают отлично. Невероятно услужливый персонал, хорошо владеют английским, разрешили мне использовать ноутбук на ресепшене, так как я не взял свой. Немного необычное меню на завтрак (картофельное пюре?), но все вкусно. В день моего отъезда мне нужно было рано выезжать и мне завернули завтрак с собой по их собственной инициативе. Рекомендую это отель всем, кто приехал в Харьков.

Единственным минусом является то, что этот отель находится далеко, в 20-25 минутах от станции метро, однако отель прделагает воспользоваться шаттлом к станции метро и обратно за 80 гривен.
