Все. Санаторно-курортное лечение просто удивительно.

Сложно воспользоваться телефоном для междугородних звонков, приходилось просить помощи на ресепшне.

Я изначально бронировал номер на пятницу и субботу, хотел провести здесь выходные. Мне все очень понравилось и я решил продлить свое пребывание еще на день. Рядом много великолепных ресторанов, персонал внимателен и очень профессиональный, относится в уважением. Я бронировал Spa на утро субботы, и был очень впечатлен. Когда я вернусь в Харьков в декабре, я обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь.

Дружелюбие и обходительность персонала. Они все говорили по-английски и очень помогли мне в трудный момент, когда авиалиния потеряла мой багаж. Они сделали множество звонков, чтобы вернуть мои сумки. Они были просто изумительными, все служащие этого отеля.

Возможно завышенная стоимость за номер, но это лучший отель в городе. Завтрак не мог быть еще лучше.

В гостинице есть все что нужно для комфортного времяпрепровождения.

Отличный отель. Я прожил в этой гостинице более двух недель и могу сказать, что это действительно пятизвездочный отель. В нем очень чисто, высокий уровень обслуживания. Номера хороших размеров, в ванной комнате есть ванная и душевая кабина. Завтраки очень вкусные. На территории гостиницы расположено пять ресторанов, тренажерный зал, спа центр и закрытый бассейн. Отель расположен в центре города, в двух минутах ходьбы от станции метро и недалеко от супермаркета, кафе и других ресторанов. В отеле есть пункт обмена валюты и банкомат. Все говорят на превосходном английском языке. Очень доброжелательный и услужливый персонал, который готов прийти на помощь в любую минуту.
