Удобства в номере.

Я бы не хотел попасть сюда еще раз.

Персонал не упустит возможности получить с вас как можно больше денег. Я заплатил за два номера и 4х гостей. Я бронировал вариант с завтраком каждое утро для каждого гостя. А оказалось, что только один человек из каждой комнаты мог съесть Завтрак.

нто современный отель соответствющий уровню западных отелей. Дизайн номера перврго класса! Кондиционер.Я был очень впечатлен! Расположение отличное, а наличие пункта обмена валюты поблизости было большим плюсом.

Сотрудникам службы безопасности не мешало бы научиться улыбаться при встрече гостей и быть более доброжелательными. Я думаю персоналу следовало бы давать гостям какие-то брошюры с необходимой информацией о городе Донецке,а также краткую инструкцию по пользованию кондиционером.
