Сотрудники по-английски не говорили, но все равно мы с ними подружились и они нам помогали как могли. Катя и Яна - замечательные люди! Катя для нас организовала недорогую поездку на такси к вокзалу. Не могу пожаловаться на их работу, хотя они по-английски и не говорили, но старались сделать все от них возможное. Я оцениваю их обслуживание как 5-звездочное!

Не было места, куда повесить одежду. Находится отель далеко от центра города, в промышленном районе. Таки стоит бешеных денег, если только вам его не из отеля вызовут.
