Помещение было просторное, чистое, комфортабельное и ухоженное. Был свободный доступ к лыжным подъемникам, развлечениям и ресторанам.
Музыка с катка была очень громкой и играла с 10 утра до 10 вечера. "Очаг" в комнате был не более чем отверстие в обогревателе, которое выпускало горячий воздух. Регистрация для комнат была в здании регистрации, которое находилось в полумили от отеля/апартаментов.
