Чудесный персонал. Я приехал сюда рано утром после одиннадцатичасового перелета – в семь часов утра, и они разрешили мне вселиться раньше (мне повезло, так как у них был готовый номер). Они также предложили мне чай. В этом отеле останавливался и раньше, так как мне нравится его расположение (в десяти метрах от площади Таксим). Номер был уютный и чистый. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Цена и хорошее месторасположение.

Один из постояльцев разбудил весь этаж в 2.30 ночи своей руганью. В 3.00 ночи женщина начала плакать и звать полицию. Персонал отеля пришел и просто переселил их в другой номер. На следующую ночь они опять стали шуметь, и никто ничего не сделал, чтобы утихомирить их или выселить из отеля. Спать было невозможно.

Месторасположение гостиницы просто непревзойденное. До метро 30 секунд пешком.

Почти на каждом этаже и в каждом номере ковры воняли сигаретами. Поэтому повсюду стоит сильный запах табачного дыма. Персонал в целом не очень услужлив. Мы попросили дополнительное одеяло — принесли его нам на следующий день, после повторных наших просьб.
