Я останавливался в семейном номере. В нём было чисто и аккуратно. Сотрудники были приветливы и услужливы, находясь вдали от родины, чувствовал себя как дома! Элен - замечательная и услужливая, она дала нам хорошие советы о том, куда можно сходить и как сэкономить при этом средства. В номере убиралось каждый день, завтрак должного уровня. Месторасположение также неплохое, кроме того, безопасное. Мои наилучшие пожелания Элен и её семье, она порядочный, заслуживающий доверия и трудолюбивый человек, кроме того хорошо знает английский. ---- ---- ----

Никаких, душ замечательный, но, мне кажется, не очень подходит для пожилых, у которых проблемы с ногами. Им будет немного сложно идти до главных достопримечательностей по улице с крутым подъёмом. ----

Я много путешествую и останавливался в различных отелях, но после пребывания в Ersari Hotel, в будущем буду останавливаться только здесь. Отель очень чистый, комнаты достаточно тихие и комфортные. Есть такие необходимые вещи как чайник, фен и т.д. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, вай фай работает замечательно, много телевизионных каналов на разных языках, нет перебоев с горячей водой, качественная уборка номеров, доброжелательный и многоязычный персонал. Менеджер отеля Хэлен настоящий профессионал своего дела. Она нам очень помогла и предоставила карту города. Огромное спасибо всем, ждите нас снова!
