A prepayment deposit by wire transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any wire transfer instructions. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. This will be deducted from the security deposit on departure. Bed linen and towels, including pool towels, can be changed on a weekly basis. Additional changes can be made upon request for additional charges. Cleaning services are provided on a weekly basis. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge by prior arrangement. Extra cleaning fees are THB 200 per hour. Please inform Coconut Paradise Holiday Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of THB 7500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
