The property requires prepayment via PayPal or bank transfer. - PayPal: Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 24 hours of booking with the PayPal link. - Bank Transfer: The property only accepts transfers from local Thai banks. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please be informed that room rates include WiFi, cleaning services (3 times a week), water usage and 60 electrical units of electricity consumption (per day). Exceeding usage of electricity will be charged at THB 5 per electrical unit. Please note that the villa is located in a residential area. Noise disturbances from gathering activities must be kept minimum at all times. Guests are kindly to keep the noise level at a minimum after 21:00 hrs. Smoking is allowed only outdoors by the pool and is strictly prohibited indoors. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
