A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A deposit fee of THB 10000 will be applied for monthly stays. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 8 per unit. Cleaning services will be provided once every 2 days. Any additional cleaning services may be requests for an additional charge. For monthly stays, a compulsory cleaning fee of THB 600 will be charged. Please inform Golden Palms Residence in advance of your expected arrival time.
