Situated up a small mountain overlooking a tropical jungle and the sea, Amera Villas is less than a 5-minute drive to Nathon town and beach. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Boasting a refreshing private outdoor pool, all villas provide free private parking on site. The property is equipped with a 24-hour security service.

Amera is a 15-minute drive to Santiburi Golf Club. Bophut Beach is an 18-minute ride away. A 25-minute drive takes guests to Samui Airport.

Villa has its own private pool terrace offering stunning sea views. The villa includes a spacious lounge with a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and and seating area. It also comes with a fully-equipped western kitchen, a dining area and tasteful air-conditioned bedrooms. All villas have three luxury en suite bathrooms, a separate cloakroom and the master bedroom's en suite bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower facilities. The master bedroom also comes with a balcony with amazing views over the Gulf of Thailand.

A large selection of shops, restaurants and bars are located within a few minutes ride from the property.

Amera Villas require prepayment via Paypal or direct bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from Amera within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link or bank details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical fee. Guest are charged THB 5 per unit. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel. Cleaning services are provided once every 2 days while bed linen is changed once per week. The property offers a private Thai chef service and grocery deliveries for an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24-hours in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
