May 19 2013Превосходный завтрак «шведский стол», который подают прямо в саду. Изумительные обслуживание и персонал.
Наше здесь пребывание могу описать лишь одним словом - чудесно! Мы приехали в отель еще за два часа до официальной регистрации, но буквально за пять минут нам помогли припарковать автомобиль и провели нас в наш номер. Также нам очень здесь понравился и спа - супер! Сады, ровно как и вся территория, пересеченная фонтанами, очень красивые и ухоженные – можно не спеша прогуляться или просто посидеть, расслабиться и насладиться атмосферой.

Номера были немного старыми. Слабый напор воды в ванной. Даже если пляж не принадлежит отелю, владельцу стоит уделить внимание его уборке, так как грязным выглядит он очень некрасиво. На это уйдет всего 20 минут в день. Хотелось бы больше бананов, папайи и манго на завтраке.

Номера очень маленькие и старые. Вода в ванной не всегда есть. Даже иногда приходится принимать душ на пляже, а потом отрушиваться от песка при входе в отель и это 2 раза в день. Очень много манго, бананов и папайя на завтрак!!!

December 11 2012Служащие у главного входа отеля не очень дружелюбные. Мы прибыли ночью и нас встретили очень плохо. Служащие не входят в положение постояльцев. Нас поселили в абсолютно другой номер. Мы бронировали номер с балконом, а по прибытии нам сообщили, что этот номер недоступен. Мы жили в номере с сильным неприятным запахом. Когда мы пожаловались на это, нам сообщили, что ничем не могут нам помочь. Примечательно, что ночью двухместного номера у них не было, а наутро вдруг появился. При выезде из отеля девушка также была не очень дружелюбной. В комнатах ужасно пахло. Кондиционер был установлен прямо над кроватью и дул очень сильно. Мы покинули отель в 16.00 и нам даже не предложили позавтракать. Когда я попросил чашечку кофе, то вынужден был заплатить за это большие деньги.

December 11 2012Невероятно недружелюбные администраторы. Мы приехали поздно вечером, и нас здесь так ужасно встретили! Сотрудники крайне некомпетентные. Нас заселили не в наш номер. Мы бронировали номер с балконом, но когда мы приехали, то таких свободных номеров в наличии на тот момент не было. В том номере, что нас заселили, стоял какой-то ужасный запах, но нам сказали, что они ничего не могут с этим поделать! Да еще и кондиционер дул прямо на кровать. Когда мы выселялись, то администраторы опять же были неприветливыми. Из отеля мы уезжали в 4 часа утра, но нам даже не предложили завтрак!

September 29 2009Безупречная чистота, хорошее обслуживание, красивая обстановка. Но за все нужно платить отдельно: за интернет, за завтрак, за напитки около бассейна и т.д. И цены здесь такие же,как в Европе или Америке. Хотя стоит отойти немного от комплекса, и то же самое можно приобрести по цене в пять раз ниже, чем здесь! Пляж великолепен, но иногда туда выбрасывает медуз. Я получил небольшую травму, и мне сразу же оказали первую медицинскую помощь. Да, это было платно, но все же… Множество развлечений – йога, тай-чи, тайский бокс и многое другое…
