Guests must contact the staff by using the phone number provided every time they wish to enter the building to get to their guestroom. A key card deposit of THB 1000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out. For long stays, cleaning services are provided every two days. Car parking inside the condominium is available only on request at least 3 days before arrival. In the other case, please park your car outside around the condominium area. WiFi is available at the first floor public area only. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Vienghomnuan Suite Chiangmai in advance of your expected arrival time.
