Прекрасные номера - нас заселили в многокомнатный номер с видом на бассейн, но вида этого как такового не было, но была терраса, где можно было греться на солнце или просто бездельничать. Сотрудники в баре у бассейна хоть и не знали английского языка, но были очень приветливыми и доброжелательными.

Обслуживание в отеле был ужасным - нас обвинили в том, что мы не оставили на сайте системы бронирования заметку о том, что нам нужен номер с двуспальной кроватью. Позже нас обвинили и в том, что мы сломали кондиционер, хотя еще до нас он работал не очень хорошо. Казалось, что персонал не мог помочь даже помочь даже в решении самых простых вопросов, таких как предоставление пляжных полотенце или закрепление сломанной двери в ванной. Сотрудники рецепции были грубыми и враждебно настроенными. Они вели себя так, как будто делали нам одолжение в момент обслуживания.
