This deposit is fully refundable 1 day after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke at the balcony only. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the property. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. A fine applies for guests bringing pets. Parking is limited only to 2 vehicles in the designated parking areas. Public parking along the road is not allowed and will be subject to a towing and fine. The property kindly asks guests to keep the noise level to the minimum between 21:00 - 08:00 hrs. Rates are not inclusive of cleaning fees. Daily cleaning services can be requested for an extra charge. Guests wishing to make use of this service will have to inform the property at least 1-3 days in advanced. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to use the hot tub at all times without adult supervision. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
