September 17 2013Мы останавливаемся в этой гостинице во второй раз и остаемся в полном восторге. Здесь работает услужливый и внимательный персонал, который все делает быстро и профессионально. Обязательно бронируйте номер с завтраки, поверьте, они стоят своих денег. Обедали мы в кафе и ресторанах по соседству. Отель расположен недалеко от рынка Pratunam, до ближайшей станции метро идти придется долго. Всем туристам рекомендую посетить этот отель.

Плохой и неактивный менеджмент. Мы были двумя семьями и просили смежные номера, но нам предоставили на разных этажах. Мы также просили кровати королевского размера, но нам предоставили две кровати в обеих комнатах, после долгих переговоров мы все-таки добились кроватей, но не смежные номера.

Не слишком высокое качество, учитывая, что это пятизвездочный отель. Мы провели здесь три дня. Дверь в номер испортилась, мы едва могли запереть ее, потому что дверь закрывалась с трудом, ее край застревал. Фен в ванной комнате тоже был сломан. Вообще, все в номере было довольно старое, зато лобби вновь отремонтированное и опрятное. Есть улыбчивые доброжелательные сотрудники, но большинство приветливостью не отличалось. В первый день мы попросили международный переходник... После трех наших звонков, спустя четыре час его так и не принесли... Во второй день нам не поменяли зубные щетки... Третий день прошел гладко. Моего парня поздравили с днем рождения и вручили торт... На самом деле, его день рождения в ноябре... Думаю, это все же положительная сторона? Хе-хе-хе. Последний день. Предполагалось, что обслуживание в отеле круглосуточное, но мы несколько раз звонили на ресепшн между 13 и 14 часами, но нам так никто и не ответил... Мы хотели попросить о позднем чек-ауте. Если я еще раз приеду в Бангкок, я не остановлюсь в этом отеле. На самом деле, я думаю, трехзвездочные отели предлагают более качественный сервис, внимательнее относятся к своим гостям, номера в них лучше. В следующий раз я хочу остановиться в отеле Pathumwan Princess, который связан с MBK =)

January 18 2013Мне надолго запомнится эта одна ночь, проведенная в Бангкоке – и все благодаря дружелюбию и отзывчивости персонала Amari Watergate. Все были очень участливыми. Обязательно наведайтесь в ресторан, расположенный на первом этаже, там подают очень вкусные еду и напитки. В отеле также работает великолепный музыкальный коллектив, исполняющий каждый вечер прекрасную музыку.

May 25 2012Худший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался! Персонал был очень груб, плохо воспитан, высокомерен! Это большое пятно на репутации гостиничной цепи Amari! Я прошу всех выбрать проживание в 2-звездочном отеле, чем в отеле 3 звезды, если требуют. Чтобы справиться с этими глупыми сотрудниками отеля. Довольно тратить свои деньги на этот отель!!
Ничего хорошего об этом отеле! Если останавливаешься в пятизвездочном отеле, то ожидаешь роскоши и уважения, а не столкновения с грубостью.
