Цена за номер, чистота в комнатах, высокий уровень обслуживания.

Кровать могла бы быть и побольше.

Гостиница расположена недалеко от дороги в Zermatt и в десяти минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала. Номер был небольшим по американским стандартам, но чистым и опрятным. Кровать была удобной. Я достаточно большой молодой человек и на отдыхе с женой мне бы хотелось спать на нормальной двуспальной кровати. В нашем же номере она была, по-моему, меньше обычных размеров. Весь персонал в гостиницы услужливый и внимательный. Завтрак, который включен в стоимость проживания, был сытным и вкусным.

Очень милый отель, обновленные номера и ванные. Хороший размер комнат. Завтрак питательный и вкусный, мне нравится, что есть фрукты! Очень милый персонал! Есть комната для лыжной экипировки.

Неудобно нести лыжи и спускаться в лыжной обуви по холму. Предлагаю перенести камеру хранения экипировки ближе к лифтам. В том прокате лыжного оборудования, который нам советовали ,не было камеры хранения.
