Если бы мы знали, каким хорошим окажется этот отель, мы бы забронировали его больше чем на один день. Персонал был гостеприимным и полезным. Номер был большой и уютный, обшитый деревянными панелями, красиво декорирован. Бассейн выглядит очень приветливо. Отель находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции и центра города. Хотим ещё раз приехать в Зерматт и если приедем, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

При заезде нам повысили категорию до люкса, где стояла приветственная корзина фруктов. Персонал вежливый и добрый. Очень удобно для аренды горнолыжного инвентаря и недалеко до трамвайчика, идущего до склонов.

Я пожалел, что мы не знали ,что все гости отеля остаются на завтрак и ужин. Каждое утро приходилось искать где бы присесть и позавтракать.

Это хорошее место для отдыха. В номерах светло и чисто. Нужно постоянно следить, чтобы в номере не стало слишком жарко, так как система отопления работает отлично. Мы практически все время держали балконную дверь открытой. На территории отеля есть спа-центр и джакузи. В шкафу вы найдете специальный чехол для лыж, который нам очень пригодился. Нам здесь все понравилось, и мы сюда обязательно вернемся. Рекомендую обраться внимание на этот отель тем людям, которые любят покататься на лыжах.

spa великолепно

spa открывается только в 3 часа дня. – нет опознавательных знаков как добраться до центра города от отеля, это немного проблематично.

The family-run 4-star superior Wellness Hotel Alpenhof is located in the centre of Zermatt, opposite the Sunnegga Cable Car Station and a 5-minute walk from the Gronergrat Railway.

The Wellness Hotel Alpenhof hotel has 5 floors and each room is equipped with a minibar, cable TV, free WiFi, a safety deposit box, a seating area, and a bathroom. Most rooms also have a balcony.

A diverse selection of gourmet menus and freshly prepared food is served at the restaurant. Local and international wines, as well as little snacks can be enjoyed in the new hotel lobby.

Guests can relax in the Spa area with natural light, a large indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, steam baths and a tropical shower. A beauty salon and relax rooms are available as well at the Wellness Alpenhof.
