Хороший персонал. Завтрак был включен в стоимость номера, которая была разумной по меркам Люцерны. Отель расположен всего в квартале от озера. Рядом также находятся и другие интересные туристам места. Номер был, скорее, старомодным, чем современным. Две маленькие кровати с тонкими матрасами и очень стандартная сантехника. Хорошо еще, что он был чистым.

Безответственный персонал, когда я их просил помочь решить проблему с интернетом, они сказали, что ничего не могут сделать, и полали меня пользоваться бесплатным интернетом. Это смешно.
