Персонал любезный, невероятный завтрак, милые дополнительные аксессуары в номере. Мы остановились в новой части комплекса, и нам было жаль, что мы не могли попасть в его старую часть. Мы жили в люксе с видом на озеро.

Номер разочаровал для отеля с рейтингом в пять звезд. На центральной улице и шумно. Ванная была слишком маленькая для своей цены. Вы переплачиваете за то, что вы получаете. Парковка дорогая.

Этот отель излучает стиль и класс. Номера большие и оформлены в классическом интерьере. Но лестница и номера ,однако, нуждаются в реконструкции. Ковры здесь изрядно потрепаны и можно увидеть, кто что ел до этого. Кормят здесь вкусно. Доброжелательный персонал. К сожалению, бассейн был закрыт во время нашего пребывания. Там был Трансфер до близлежащего отеля, где мы могли бы пользоваться бассейном.

Номер превзошел все наши ожидания. Все было просто великолепно. Мы жили в старой гостинице на четвертом этаже, и из окон нашего номера открывался чудесный вид на озеро. Завтраки, которые включены в стоимость проживания, были изумительно вкусными и сытными. Весь персонал услужливый и внимательный. Отель расположен недалеко от старого города и достопримечательностей. Отличное место для спокойного и размеренного отдыха.

При регистрации наш номер с видом на сад превратился в номер с видом на парковку и мусорник. Спасибо администратору, он переселил нас в номер с видом на озеро и балконом. Консьержи Джованни и Рафаэль очень любезны, спасибо вам.

Established in 1887, the 5-star Splendide Royal with its turn-of-the-century character is Lugano's most fashionable hotel, located on Lugano's lakeside main street. Free WiFi is available throughout the entirely non-smoking property.

The city centre with its boutiques can be reached within a walk of just a few minutes along the lake.

With its elegant guest rooms, fine cuisine and a staff of 100 employees who provide meticulous personal service, the Splendide Royal hotel inspires loyalty among its clients. Usually more than half the guests are repeat visitors.

The executive chef of the hotel's own restaurant I Due Sud has been rewarded by Gault et Millau with the Rising Star title for the cuisine combining traditional flavours from southern Switzerland and southern Italy. This restaurant serves dinner from Tuesdays to Saturdays (reservation highly recommended), while the La Veranda restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, offering Mediterranean dishes with local and seasonal produce.

Aperitifs and cocktails, as well as a selection of international hors d'oeuvres and snacks is available in the Belle Epoque bar until 00:30 in the night.

You can park your car in the garage or outside on the hotel grounds.
