Кровать была такая жесткая, что каждое утро я просыпался с болью в пояснице и это совершенно неприемлемо. Подушки также были плохого качества. Номер, который у нас был, был очень маленький, мини-бар не работал ( внутри было тепло). Сейф тоже не работал (возникала ошибка кода через пару минут). Беспроводной интернет в отеле дорогой.

Комфортабельный и чистый номер, удобное расположение рядом с Университетской клиникой.

Отель "nash carlton" удобно расположен рядом с Университетской клиникой, это одна из причин моего выбора в его пользу наряду со скромной ценой. Мне понравился сервис и номер, мне предоставили бесплатный проездной для общественного транспорта, это просто волшебно (хотя я так подозреваю это практикуют многие другие отели в данной местности). Правда меня огорчило, когда с меня содрали 20 франков за круглосуточным доступ к интернету, мне кажется это несправедливо.

Выгодное расположение - новая станция метро, на которой можно добраться к озеру или в Старый город, находится прямо напротив отеля.

В коридоре напротив моего номера очень громко работал увлажнитель воздуха. Сотрудники отеля отказались решить эту проблему (выключить его или поменять мне номер), но по крайней мере извинились за причиненные неудобства.
