The Capuns is then being cooked and scalloped with cheese from the alps and served with a sauce made of half milk half bouillon. Pizzocheri is a meatless dish made of potatoes, Pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta), carrots, leave spinach, onions, garlic, peas, herbs and cheese. The potatoes, together with the Pizzoccheri, are then being cooked in salted water and thereupon mixed with the vegetables. Finally, sage and cheese are being added.
