Мы бронировали в Resslirytti номер на двоих во время деловой поездки. В номере было грязно, сквозь простыни виднелись пятна на матраце. Мы бронировали номер для некурящих, а нас поселили в номер для курящих, в котором ужасно воняло дымом и стояла пепельница. После того как мы им сообщили о своем недовольстве, они отвели нас в другой номер и сказали, что он для некурящих, хотя накурено в нем было не меньше и всё так же стояла пепельница. Мы не смогли прожить в нём и дня. К сожалению, мы бронировали номер без возможности возврата средств, поэтому нам не дали никакой компенсации. Мы выехали и сняли на один день номер в другом отеле. Ужас.
